Benefit Allocation The annual allocation of owner benefits is calculated based on the unit type, purchase price, and operational standards.
Unused benefits within the current year do not carry over and will expire automatically.
Owners may share their annual allocation with co-habitants registered at the same address.
Lifestyle Benefits Upon staying at the hotel (based on double occupancy), TTCO benefits equivalent to 50% of Green Fees and Robot Caddy Fees are provided per person, per night.
Benefits can be used at affiliated facilities within Karena Town and TongTong Mall.

Transfer of Rights Upon transfer of ownership, the previous owner's usage rights are suspended, and any remaining benefits are transferred to the new owner.

PERMANENT RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Foreign nationals who invest a certain amount of capital in tourism and leisure facilities in areas designated by the Ministry of Justice are granted residence (F-2) status with free economic activities, and permanent residence (F-5) status if the investment is maintained for five years .
