Benefit Allocation |
The annual allocation of owner benefits is calculated based on the unit type, purchase price, and operational standards.
Unused benefits within the current year do not carry over and will expire automatically.
Owners may share their annual allocation with co-habitants registered at the same address.

Transfer of Rights |
Upon transfer of ownership, the previous owner's usage rights are suspended, and any remaining benefits are transferred to the new owner.
